On the WestSide

The City of Cookeville is turning about five acres at Depot Street and South Cedar Avenue into the 39 Depot project: an event plaza and stage, green space, and roughly 365 new public parking spaces.

The Deloy sits at 18 N. Cedar Ave., just across Broad Street and the tracks from the planned plaza.

Master plan approved July 2026. City officials expect the parking to be finished about a year after approval.
